Our coffee is at its peak flavor within 2–3 weeks of roasting. For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming within 4–6 weeks after opening. Store your beans in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. We roast to order, so you receive the freshest possible coffee.
